ČEZ Group — SAP S/4HANA generation swap

Project manager on a group-wide SAP S/4HANA swap across the ČEZ Group — one of the largest such programmes in Central Europe. Led teams delivering integrations and business-role alignment across the group; chaired the change committee and drove cutover planning.

Vodafone Czech Republic — BSS modernization

Led BSS modernization (OneNet, FILIP): CRM, billing, and ordering replacement with Siebel, Alcatel-Lucent IN, and ATOS NGIN, managing teams and multiple vendors. Ran data-centre consolidation, application decommissioning, technology-roadmap alignment with Group IT, and technical due diligence on acquisitions.

Aurora Cannabis — post-acquisition SAP rollout

Led business analysis and process design for a post-acquisition SAP S/4HANA rollout in Lithuania, facing HQ in Canada. Redesigned manufacturing, finance, procurement, and supply-chain processes; facilitated vendor workshops for functional and legal fit-gap analysis.
