Business Process Analysis

An agent can only run a process that's already written down.

A process that is still "ask the senior person" cannot be automated safely until that judgment is written down as a rule. We convert tribal knowledge into documented, versioned procedures — with the decision rules and exception paths an agent, and an auditor, both need.

What we do

From tribal knowledge to a governed procedure

Process mapping & mining

Converting tacit, "ask the senior person" knowledge into a written, current, versioned procedure with explicit decision rules and exception paths — not just a happy-path flowchart.

BPMN documentation as a governance asset

One BPMN diagram per process, with an explicit swimlane for the agent and one for the human reviewer, and the permission mode (allow / ask / command-only) labeled on every task — the same artifact that satisfies an ISO/IATF audit and, where relevant, EU AI Act Article 11/14 evidence.

Operating-model & role redesign

New accountability layers process automation actually needs: a process owner, an agent owner, and a reviewer — defined before anything goes live, not improvised after.

Risk-model & eligibility redesign

Redesigning the decision logic itself — lending eligibility, exception handling, disbursement rules — where the process, not just its execution, needs to change.

Delivered, not theoretical

Process redesigns at regulatory scale

Erste Group — inheritance & liability process

Reinvented the inheritance process and redesigned the liability module to support it; defined the migration strategy and ETL logic for legal compliance.

Erste Group — SME lending redesign

Redesigned SME lending for online loan offering and disbursement; recommended loan risk-model changes and built a loan-relevancy model, working with stakeholders across the organisation.

Erste Group — core banking requirements & process maps

Created the project business-analysis methodology and process-map standards; owned the Requirements Traceability Matrix and process-map library across the programme, supervising a team of analysts.

NESS Czech — legacy public-sector modernization

Led the functional analysis team on one of the Czech Republic's largest legacy public-sector systems; proposed the modernization strategy for transitioning off legacy Oracle Forms while maintaining uninterrupted service.
